Our lettuce is grown organically in living soil. That means soil with compost and earthworms full of the good microbes that feed the plant the way nature intended. Our organic protocols never include chemical herbicides or pesticides which harm soil life.

We rinse the lettuce after harvest, and we recommend that you rinse it before eating, and keep refrigerated. 🙂
