Paradise Cheddar: Aged approx 6-10 months. This medium cheddar is for those who prefer a bolder flavor. Still smooth but with a bigger bite at the finish. Great with cured meats and as a sandwich cheese.

We are pleased to be able to offer this cheese from the great Amish folks at Alpine Heritage. If we were to produce cheese on our farm some day, we would want it to taste like these great hand made artisan cheeses.
