Radish Microgreens topper for Chopped Cabbage Salad
Microgreens top just about any meal. They are zesty and flavorful and super nutritious. [4 to 40 times the nutrition of the fully mature plant]

The Gentle Dairy Cow
I love dairy cows. They really almost become pets because they are so used to us humans. Katie is the main milker and herd manager on our farm and she knows the personalities of each and every cow. She will tell you that cows are mischievous and like to see how much they can get away with… knowing that they are in the wrong. And it’s true.
One time we had a cow named Daisy who had horns. Well, she learned to use them to open fence gates. She would start fiddling with the gate latch with her horn until finally it jiggle loose and she would go rushing out to find the nearest patch of green grass that she’d been looking at on the other side of the fence. Of course, all the others saw her open it and would begin the parade out to freedom.
But Katie loves her cows!

Here it is in November and we’re just getting started with Microgreens. Watch the video for our introduction to our offerings. We hope to continue to share the things we’re doing and what we’ve learned here. Enjoy!

Welcome to Full Quiver Farm Life
We’re starting this “Farm Life” to interact with you in sort of an old-fashioned way. Social Media sometimes seems like a chaotic popularity contest. And here we can be a little bit slower, and sometimes its nice not to have to jump through all the hoops big tech wants you to jump through! Farm Life is a little more like siting down in your living room and visiting with friends.
That’s what we hope to bring to this part of our website. Our interactions won’t be instant but we intend to keep up with folks. Alison and I both have education degrees, and we both love to teach, so expect some of that along the way as well.
And let’s have a common thread of being thankful for all that God has done!
